THE PROBLEM
Neuma reached out needing short-term assistance in preparing and crafting their weekend media and post weekend media. This included Sunday screens/visuals to be played before and after services. A looped video to be played on foyer screens that highlighted upcoming events, ministries, news and announcements. And editing the sermon recordings as well as uploading the video and podcast versions.
THE PROCESS
We were given access to their dropbox and canva folders to be able to get the editing process completed. Weekend media was done during the start to middle of the week to be ready for weekend distribution. The sermon content (post-weekend media) was uploaded and ready for viewing/listening by Monday morning. The deliverables had to be ready and finalised by set times and we were able to meet each one confidently.
THE OUTCOME
We delivered the weekend media and post-weekend media at a timely manner. Ensuring to keep communication lines active for any potential delays or technical difficulties.
